Those of you who know us know that events are kinda our thing. From vendor markets like this one to charity events and more, our corporate HQ, Champagne Ranch, will be known as the place in East Texas to find the good stuff. Not only will be stocking our barntique and the B+B itself with loads of amazing buyable merchandise from our permanent hand-selected vendors of all things farmhouse, vintage and unique, we'll be hosting events on a regular basis just like this one to showcase local talent.

THE BOUJEE BARN SALE welcomes peddlers of the unique to set up booths for a day. We have over 5 acres of space to peddle upon, so the more vendors the merrier! The grounds are grass-covered and some spaces in the event area in the back are gravel, but the spaces are untented (we can help with tent rentals if needed). There will be music, nibbles, vintage, farmhouse, handmade goodies and more, and here are the housekeeping details:

Champagne Ranch curates the best in local boutiques, artisans, culinary vendors, entertainers and more for our Vendor Markets throughout the year. Our vendors are invited to showcase your talents in our recurring OUTDOOR vendor markets. Whenever possible, our markets will support local charities of choice, so we invite vendors to not only be a part of the peddling fun, but to join us in giving back, as well.

**Our Markets are OUTDOOR, UNCOVERED juried events, and we hand pick our vendors based on their authenticity and unique offering.

**We have limited electricity and we do NOT provide cover, so vendors are required to bring tents if there is fear of inclement weather. We do allow you to stake your tents into the ground.

**Some events may offer indoor spots, but they would be for smaller, tabletop vendors. 

**ALL our events are NON-REFUNDABLE.

**This application covers all of our events throughout the year so, once approved, you do not have to re-apply for future events; you'd simply notify us that you wish to participate and provide payment on this site.

**A Valid State of Texas Sales Tax and Use Certificate is required to participate (certain direct marketing vendors are exempt from this).

**Food  Vendors: Standard Space Pricing Applies to Food Trucks, as well. A Valid Food Service & Sales Tax Permit is required. You must also have a generator on your truck, as we have limited electricity.
